Mango Salsa

- 2 C diced mango
- 3 T lime juice
- 2 T chopped cilantro
- 1 T finely chopped jalapeno
- 1/4tsp salt

- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

–NOTE: fresh peaches can be substituted for the mango
