Cinnamon Oats

oats (wholemeal)
cinnamon powder
boiling water
optional:

raw sugar
cocoa or carob powder
soy milk
grounded flax seed

Adjust the amount of oats you want to eat.

Pour oats in bowl and mix with boiling water. Let them soak for a few minutes so the water is gone and the oats are soft but still chewy. Add cinnamon to taste.

If you like add a tsp or tbs of flaxseed, a bit of soy milk, raw sugar or cocoa powder.
