I added a can of black beans to this. It is very yummy!!
I'm not one to talk up a one use item, but I just bought from Bed Bath & Beyond a mango slicer. This is an awesome kitchen gadget. I literally in 2 seconds, had the pit out of the mango, then I sliced it diagonally (making "x"'s with the knife through the meat, but not the skin), and then just put the cubes into the salsa. Had this salsa made in 5 minutes.
