Any multigrain cereals mixed half with grapenuts (for bulk) works great - even try one half grapenuts, 1/4 other cereal, 1/4 oatmeal!
HERE's my "twist" - instead of apple juice concentrate, try homemade lemon sorbet or bleberry sorbet - they're great with apple or peach pie - I like the lemon crust with cherry pie!
And for PUMPKIN PIE, orange juice concentrate! Yummy!
This vegan cooking adventure is a blast!

Great crust. You dont really need to bake it first (as with my pumkin pie). You can use 1.5 cups grape nuts and 1/2 cup Organic Flax Plus Multibran (Nature’s Path). I used apple cider (time of year). great receipe!
