- 1 dry pint of strawberries
- 1 T chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 medium sized honeydew
- 1/2 medium sized cantaloupe
Slice melon however you like, removing the rinds.
De-stem strawberries. Peel the ginger. Put ginger and strawberries in food processor and puree.
Serve melons topped with the strawberry sauce.
