		<description>I&#039;ve made this several times.  More recently, it&#039;s turned into a soup.  For the soup variant, I use 6c. of broth and 2 cups of water.  Other tweaks include increasing the coriander to 2tsp (to help balance out the cumin) and doubling the lemon juice.</description>
