From Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s book Cholesterol Protection For Life

1 red pepper chopped
1 red onion chopped
½ tbsp. VegiZest or other low-salt vegetable seasoning
2 mangos peeled and sliced
2 firm tomatoes, chopped
1 pinch chili powder
2 stalks celery, chopped

Mix all ingredients in a covered bowl and refrigerate.
