2 cups diced jicama
1 carrot — in 1-inch strips
1 bell pepper — in strips
1 small sweet onion — in slices
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons vegetable broth — (homemade)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
some sliced radishes

Toss vegetables. Mix dressing. Toss with vegetables.
