Malibu Salad

Based on the Malibleu Beach Salad at Semolina’s restaurant

Baby salad greens (mesclun mix)
green apples cut into small cubes
raisins
walnuts
sun-dried tomatoes (rehydrated in hot water)
fatfree balsamic dressing

Toss the lettuces with the balsamic dressing and top with apples, raisins, walnuts, and tomatoes. It’s incredible!
