- 2 c. Collard Greens
- 2 c. Strawberries
- 3 Peaches
- 1/2 c. Grapes (for sweetness)
- 2 c. Rice or Soy Milk
- Ice cubes
This smoothie makes me miss my days of growing up in Louisiana. It makes 6 cups, so that’s enough for me to enjoy more of it the next day

This is a dumb question, but how do you measure greens by the cup? Do you stuff them down in the measuring cup really tight? Or just loosely packed? I usually measure everything by weight on a scale, so I have no idea how to measure 2 cups of greens! Any advice?
