Here’s quick, easy and very healthy salad dressing that I just invented today.
2 large strawberries, washed and cut in halves or quarters
1 whole jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed, cut into small chunks
1 tablespoon of water (next time I’m going to see if I can use less water than this)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until there are no lumps or chunks. Don’t be scared of all the Jalapeño- it wasn’t even hot!
