Sounds intriguing! But what proportions of ketchup and vinegar? Equal amounts of each? Red wine vinegar or some other kind?

ketchup normally has high fructose corn syrup and loads of salt-not so good for us. I use chilli sauce (homemade) in place of it.

Did not taste like Italian dressing to me, but was very good. I will definitely make this again.

I thought this tasted pretty good – and it takes very little effort to make. I have been trying to find an easy dressing that had that flavour. Thank-you.
