Dice one large raw sweet potato and cook in half a cup of distilled water until tender. Add raw cashew butter and lime juice to taste and blend. Usually I add a few tablespoons up to one-quarter cup of cashew butter if my husband is eating this as he is thin, and add around one-quarter cup of lime juice.

It is fabulous with steamed kale! One or two tablespoons is quite a taste treat if you are on the weight loss ETL, and not too bad fat-wise.
