cook about 300 g pasta (whole wheat, semolina etc.) or as much as you want or need

sauce:

2 kohlrabies diced
cook in about 2-3 cups of veggie broth
add 1/2 cup corn (I pulled it fresh from the cob)
let it boil for about 10 minutes
add 1 small broccoli cut into pieces
let simmer until everything is tender
put veggies into a sieve but save the liquid

in a pot heat some water and add 2 or 3 Tsp of flour then add veggie-liquid to make a sauce as thick as you like it
add some fat-free soymilk (about 1/2 to 1/2 cup)
add veggies
season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg

serve with pasta

if you like you can also add some nutritional yeast or some fat-free vegan cheese (if this is available)
