Hi folks, I’m a new member to the forum but I’ve been following for a few weeks. I thought I’d share:

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon raw Tahini
1-2 teaspoon oil free balsamic dressing (I used Rising Sun Farms pomegranate flavor)
1 teaspoon ground flax seed meal

Whip all the ingredients in the bottom of a large salad bowl, add in your salad greens and toss gently until coated.
