1/2 pound tofu, mashed (steam first or use silken)
4 tbs. water
2 tbs. rice vinegar
sprinkle of black pepper
1 tbs. dried onion or 1/4 cup diced fresh onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 fresh clove of garlic, diced very fine
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2-3 sprigs of parsley
Small bunch of chives, chopped
Combine all ingredients in food processor until creamy.
Good on salad, avocado or jacket potatoes. You may want to add seasonings to taste.

Is there a base I can use besides tofu? For medical reasons I need to limit my intake, but tofu is everywhere!! Thanks!
