For those of you who own crockpots… Made this last night and it was great and so easy!
Robin Robertson writes that this recipe is “great for a crowd at holiday gatherings when you want the seasonal taste of pumpkin without the fuss of a pie.”
This soup can be served as is or run through the blender for a creamy version. You can adjust the spice to cool it down.
