Sun, 21 Oct 2018 04:22:34 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=1155#comment-495825I converted the recipe to gluten-free and it came out tasting good. The 1/2 cup of water should be in the ingredient list. I missed seeing it in the the directions because it seemed straightforward so I didn’t read the directions. Kept looking through the ingredient list and wondered why there was no liquid. It was like cookie dough so I added soy milk. Saw the 1/2 cup of water after they were out of the oven. Thanks for posting. I am always looking for gluten and fat free low sugar recipes.

Sat, 13 Jun 2015 00:03:48 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=1155#comment-147490I made mine with half a cup of stevia instead of sugar…. They came out very bland. I also added ground ginger in place of the nut Meg and I barely tasted that. If you guys plan on using stevia I suggest adding a whole cup, a little more pumpkin or a ripe banana. Mines came out very dry and flavorless. Still edible. I drizzled them with a bit of maple syrup.

Thu, 13 Nov 2014 21:49:09 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=1155#comment-90087These turned out great! I’m not a vegan but wanted a more guilt free muffin recipe on hand for me to use. I just made them and they are dreamy. Like i mentioned before very guilt free and easy to make. I replaced the raisins with quick cooking oats. I don’t have any raisins on hand and I’m not the biggest fan of them either. My batter turned out to make 15-16 muffins which i thought was so great. I can eat them over the weekend, so more to snack on for me!

Wed, 20 Aug 2014 15:00:55 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=1155#comment-78162I was very excited to make these and was having a blast in the kitchen, however when I unwrapped one the muffin stuck to the liner and the muffin was not very tasty. I followed the recipe exactly as well as the instructions and I am very disappointed :/

Sun, 29 Apr 2012 23:16:32 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=1155#comment-16769These are very good. I altered the recipe a bit, using only 1/4 cup sugar (I wanted it to be closer to a bread than a dessert), omitted the raisins (don’t like them), and used half oat flour and half regular flour. They turned out great!
I also spread a bit of non-dairy spread on it. Very tasty, very filling!
It made 12 muffins for me.

oh…. the pumpkin from the can was very dry and packed.. so maybe that was it..but still..2 dozen?
