We only went vegan 4 months ago (also salt, oil, and sugar free) so still learning and snack treats are a challenge. These crispy little potato chips will make my hubby very happy. I sliced them on my spiralizer by cutting half way through the potato. Worked great, although they look like the letter “C”. Thanks for all your great vegan ideas and recipes. Love your site.
