Starchy or Unlimited? Vegetables on the Eat to Live Plan

Starchy vegetable are limited on the Eat to Live diet, but sometimes it can be hard to tell what’s starchy and what’s not. Here’s a list compiled by members of the Eat-2-Live Yahoogroup.
