“Milk” Shake

1 cup soy or rice or almond milk (your preference)
1 frozen ripe banana
flavor of your choice (a few strawberries, peaches, vanilla, chocolate powder…)

Blend together in a good blender and enjoy! (you might need to add more liquid if your blender has trouble blending.)
