I modified a kale & white bean recipe that someone posted here & I really like it.
1 large bunch kale (I like lacinato/dinosaur kale)
1 small head garlic
gomasio (sesame seed & salt mixture)
Bragg’s
I wrap the head of garlic in foil & put it in the toaster oven on 350 for about 40 minutes. I wash the kale & put it in a pot with a splash of water on medium heat for 5 minutes. Slice off the top of the garlic head & squeeze the cloves out. I smash several cloves & add to the kale along with a sprinkling of gomasio & a couple spritzes of Bragg’s. My teenagers like this too.
I’m amazed at you southerners who cook greens for an hour! 🙂
