A simple, yet flavorful recipe that is the perfect side dish for any meal.
3 cups sliced raw potatoes
3 cups sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1-3/4 cups (one 15 oz can) vegetable broth
Combine potatoes, carrots, and onion in your slow cooker. Pour broth over top. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Mix well before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
