1 small onion chopped
1 can red kidney beans drained
1 can garbanzo beans drained
1 can green beans drained
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups low salt V8 juice
garlic powder to taste
chili powder to taste
cumin powder taste
Sauté the onion in a little water. Add the rest of ingredients. Add more V8 juice if you want the chili less thicker. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
I like to serve over brown rice. This recipe is so fast and tasty!
