I made a few changes because I didn’t have parsley or bell peppers. I added dried oregano and garlic. Ap[art from that it was great. I will defintely make this again. Thanks.

I don’t want to use beans from a can, I will like to use raw ones. How can I use this ones in the slow cooker and have the same great results than using the caned ones?

Thank you very much for your help.
Diana

I reduced the onion by half and pureed it. I also pureed the carrots to make the chili a little thicker and stirred in a couple teaspoons of Massel vegan “beef” bullion to give it a heartiness that is sometimes lacking in vegan/veggie chili. All the meatitarians loved it and couldn’t believe it was meatless and the vegetarian got to have chili with her family for the first time in years.

I used a red bell pepper instead of the green pepper, added a poblano pepper, 2 large jalepeno peppers, a few cloves of garlic, an additional can of tomato sauce, and upped the chili pepper to 1.5 Tbsp. It had a sense of sweet with a pop of heat at the end. So yummy!
