1 15 oz can black beans — rinsed & drained
1 15 oz can red beans — rinsed & drained
1 15 oz can great northern beans — rinsed & drained
1 15 oz can black-eyed peas — rinsed & drained
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 8.5 oz can baby lima beans — rinsed & drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons cider vinegar — (to 2 tsp)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 bay leaves
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; stir. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until onions and bell peppers are tender. Remove and discard bay leaves.
