This recipe works in very well. I enjoyed it so much I almost felt guilty eating it. 🙂 I didn’t have the AllSpice so I added a sprinkle of cumin. Soo Yummy!

I recommend it over quinoa. I didn’t have chickpeas so I used kidney beans, and I added 1/4 teaspoon Bombay Masala in addition to the allspice.
