I went to our Asian market and bought red curry paste, as well as some beautiful, fresh, basil from TJ’s. Followed the rest of the directions to a tee. It was just like the curry I get at a Thai restaurant I love here in Vegas! Definitely going in to my ‘favorites’ category! Thanks FFVegan! You rawk!

Thu, 15 Jul 2010 04:38:58 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=4305#comment-957I made this using almond milk and coconut flavoring, quinoa instead of rice, and I don’t have a pressure cooker, so I had to use a pot on the stove top, but otherwise I followed the instructions. I think it came out well, but very mild. I was expecting more heat or more overall flavor. It tastes good – just very mild. If I make it again, I’ll ramp up the seasoning a lot more.
