I only had black beans so I put a can of them in instead of the white beans. I also left out the oil because I’m doing the no added oils/fats thing (I just sauteed the onions/garlic/celery/carrots in a little vegetable broth instead). It still turned out absolutely amazing, this is a definite keeper of a recipe!

We are in the habit of spicing up most of our soups, so that’s why its in there. You can leave it out and it will still be delicious! I hope you enjoy it.
