1 medium jicama, peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch cubes, about 2 cups
1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded, chopped into ½ inch cubes, about 11/2 cups
2 to 3 TB fresh squeezed lime juice, about 1 small ripe lime
1/2 to 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp chili powder
dash of cayenne pepper

Toss all ingredients together and allow mixture to stand for at least an hour before servings.
