I have recently joined the bandwagon of those promoting a plant based diet through blogs and websites as well and came accross this blog on fat free veganism. Sometimes we forget that we can be vegan and still eat unhealthfully through the use of too much oil in our cooking etc. keep up the good work.

Fri, 19 Aug 2011 03:45:14 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=3860#comment-3661yep, remember the 7th day to keep it holy..and your body is the temple of God so therefore eat as healthy as you possibly can..low fat, no or hardly any animal products including dairy, tons of fruit and vegies, and whole grains..Google Seventh-Day Adventist cookbooks…some are decades old. Adventist have been advocating this type of diet for a 100 years. There are some that are very high fat..for awhile some drifted away from being strict..(lots of eggs and cheese etc) Everything in strict moderation to be desease free ..

Mon, 20 Dec 2010 20:56:36 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=3860#comment-2531@ BPHW: TVP is textured vegetable protein. It’s usually made from soy, and is easy to flavor. I recently had to go completely vegan due to liver disease. I thought I would hate vegan foods, but surprisingly enough, it is easy to adapt to.

Fri, 12 Nov 2010 17:34:20 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=3860#comment-1904I think it’s Seventh Day Adventist, a church that advocates a vegetarian diet and sponsors a lot of vegetarian cookbooks.
