Wed, 10 Oct 2012 02:29:15 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=6362#comment-20241I made this tonight for supper and it was delicious!!! I splurged on tofutti sour cream, so I used white beans to cut costs. It was still very good. Thank you for the recipe!

Fri, 07 Oct 2011 02:06:50 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=6362#comment-3945You could totally use white beans. Pressed firmed tofu chunks would work well. There are soy curls which look like chicken, and I think they are gluten-free, but make sure to double check me on that one.

Thu, 06 Oct 2011 22:00:12 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=6362#comment-3941I was wondering if you thought this recipe would work with white beans in place of the chicken? It sounds soooo good but the kids are GF and there aren’t any non-glutinous vegan chicken subs are there?
LOVE your recipes!!!

Tue, 04 Oct 2011 22:09:46 +0000http://fatfreevegan.com/?p=6362#comment-3916Kathy – That’s my fault. I actually took it out of the ingredients for the fat free vegan version. (I used 1/2 cup in the original version.)
You will get that same creamy texture if you puree some of the soup and you won’t add any additional fat.
