I just ate an apple with some dip, and also am thinking about how it would be tasty made into mini pies, in a smoothie…lots of possibilities. Makes a ton…and I’m so glad! elaine- Thanks for being my recipe guinea pig! 🙂 nanz- I recently made the dip with homemade pumpkin puree–better than canned! Since it was my first time roasting/pureeing my own pumpkin, I followed directions on OhSheGlows.com, super easy. Will be buying less canned now!

I’m presently trying to salvage all that pumpkin by turning it into pumpkin custard (with a little extra almond milk added to it) and baking it for half an hour.
