I used white whole wheat flour, only 1/2 cup sugar, about 1/2 cup craisins and 1/4 cup pineapple. Used a 9×5 loaf pan. I tried one muffin to see if it would work. Turned out great, baked muffin for 20 minutes.

Can flour be replaced with equal amount of Gluten-Free all-purpose flour?

What is “small amount” of raisins and crushed pineapple? 2 teaspoons? 3 TBSP? 1/4 cup?
