My husband and I almost ate the entire casserole. Yummy, healthy, comfort food. The crushed cereal on the top added a nice crunch. I used half kale and half collards for the greens.

The topping is more grits than cornbread, though a half-recipe of cornbread batter poured over the greens would probably bake up beautifully. In fact, I love that idea–may have to try it.
