Each person with MS has to decide for themselves what they do or don’t want to try, which can be hard when we see someone we care about in difficulty, and we hope they will take a chance on something we believe will help. I am glad what I write and do makes a difference for you, though. I always enjoy hearing from you, and I hope you love the cherries, too!!

I always have frozen cheeries on hand and some cocoa powder too.
I love your posts sweetie, and have several friends with MS I want them to try this diet, or at least read about it some, but no way. I admire you for all your continued efforts to cure yourself and document it for our benefit too. I am fighting arthritis and can always tell when I have eaten something wrong!! For example: like yesterday, and wonder how something could have snuck by my inner police food peeps!
Thanks for sharing I love reading your encouraging stories!

You look great and corresponding with people in this way must be rich indeed. I do remember the ceremonies and the cherries. Blessings to you-can’t wait to try the delectable looking frozen variety now that we have both a Rainier cherry tree as well as a pie cherry tree. Happy spring!

First, let me say that that recipe looks amazing. I love cherries. Love love love them!

And what an amazing glimpse into how much you have improved from dietary changes, and how challenging MS can be! The little things really are big things. I am very glad to hear of the swallowing improvement, and that this was a few years ago as well!

xoxo
