I intend to borrow this from you: “I refuse to see these limitations as a deprivation. They have given me my life back” as it both fits me and uplifts me.
Blessings for us all in truth and honesty.
]]>A happy and powerful 24th anniversary to you!! Once again, I am honored you share your own success here with us in these comments. It is inspiring to me, and holds me up in my efforts to write about what living this life is like. The wisdom and generosity of Dr. Swank are radical acts that have saved us, and many more. A gift of a lifetime that keeps on giving. A very happy anniversary to you. Having you read and comment means the world to me. hugs back, Maria
]]>Your writing style, so eloquent and deeply touching, has truly touched my heart today. Thank you! Today, I celebrate 24 years of being on the Swank diet ALONE. No drugs whatsoever. When I was dx’ed, “in the top third of the worst cases they’d seen” and given “three to five years, max.” I’d have walked to Istanbul if need be, to find what I needed to manage this. No matter how we come to Dr. Swank’s work, his lifesaving program, the end result is the same…success. As his patient for ten years, the tools learned were~ priceless, and to this day, my goal remains to share those lessons, with all who seek.
Thank you Maria again, for all that you do! Hugs to you!!
