You and Romeo look so peaceful. 🙂 And so happy at the gallery! I’m so glad you’re getting your art back – like reuniting with an old friend. It’s a constant reminder and encouragement that eating this way *is* the answer.
As for me, walks I also do without headphones, just enjoying everything around me, but when I run… Well, I need to tunes to focus and not to konk out. 🙂 Journaling is pretty neat – let’s you look back on things you forgot (and possibly use as proof to win arguments), though I’ve never successfully kept at it. Maybe I’ll try again! Your stacks of journals are a bit of inspiration.
Thanks again for sharing such a wonderful part of your life! Still waiting for that online store of your prints… 😉
