Hello The Peace Patch, and THANK YOU for taking the time to read through my whole blog!! What a wonderful gift you gave me today with these lovely words. I am intrigued by the idea of a cookzine. . .which I had not heard of. . .I will look these up and daydream about it. . .I have another big project to finish up, and when I’m done with that, one of the things I’d like to do is read my own blog again from start to finish and try to decide about whether there is something I can make from it. Thanks for the great idea. 🙂 And thank you for the lovely lovely vote of confidence. I hope your friend enjoys what you send her from the blog. And so happy you loved the little green bug. <3 🙂

I’ve spent the last three or four days reading your blog from end to end…you are an extraordinarily gifted teacher, guide and artist! Your insight is truly inspirational and gently awakens so many ideas in me that have been slumbering lazily for too long. The way you colorfully weave community together with food and hope and humor just rocks in the most positive way!
My best friend lives with fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel…I’m printing and mailing her some of your recipes along with a few of your hope-filled posts. She can’t use the computer too much so I often find and print recipes for her. I’m wondering if you’ve considered doing a cookzine? Something like what supergroovy (and glutenfree vegan) Kittee Berns does
http://kitteekake.blogspot.com/
She has a collection of several authors’ cookzines online too
http://pakupaku.info/blogger/cookzines.html
She’s also a founder of the glutenfree vegan website xgfx
http://www.xgfxcommunity.blogspot.com/?view=classic
I think a collection of your favorite recipes and your beautiful artwork would make a spinningly cool cookzine!
I love your little emerald bug sketch and notes…so sweet. We have similar iridescent scarab-esque bugs on our birches occasionally. Just mesmerizing. Have a cheery day! 🙂

Your cards may well go in today’s mail, too. 🙂 I’m really glad you like how I referenced the blog posts that go with the cards. I’m feeling blessed by your wonderful support.

Yes, buttons in a jar is the way to go. 🙂 Thanks for the kind words about my words, too. So glad you “have my back” when it comes to the virtual kind of bugs. 🙂 In about an hour, I’ll be on my way to the post office to mail your package. And yes, cookies are on the horizon. December just might be a month of cookie posts at Plant-Based Slow Motion Miracle. 🙂

I love the way you reference the blog posts that go with the cards!

Just placed my order. Good luck with the store!

You’re too sweet. I’m glad I could help. 🙂 I’m excited to get my order! And thankfully these bugs were worked out pretty quickly. Easiest validation I’ve done!

I don’t know why I haven’t been keeping my buttons in a jar!! They’re in a box, all hidden. That one with the face is so cute! I also love your musings on the green garden bugs. You really have a wonderful way with words.

Thanks again for the props – and hopefully any other bugs you encounter are limited to the garden! If not, I’ll help figure it out. 🙂 xoxo

Oh – and cookies??! Cookies are awesome. Can’t wait to read how you tackle them!
