We are kindred spirits in a lot of ways. 🙂 The kale chips have a nice crunch, even without the oil, though very light. And yes there’s nothing like a good chickpea spread–glad you like all the ideas! xo

I make a similar chickpea spread, but with no tahini or miso and lots of fresh dill. I’ll have to also try it with the miso & tahini! That would definitely add a bit more flavor and depth. Thanks for the ideas!
Good luck juggling the two pups! 😉 xoxo

Hope you enjoy the kale chips. I’d love to have a fair amount of kale growing outside my door. 🙂 It’s not that time of year here. Thanks for reminding me about turnips being used. Good things can come in small packages! 🙂

We had quite a wet winter (unusual for S Australia – we are the driest state on the driest continent apart from Antarctica) and I have a fair amount of kale growing in my garden and to be quite honest I don’t like it very much but waste not want not : ) So kale chips it is!

I love your little Jack o Lantern she/he is so sweet : ) I think they used to use turnips in Ireland and Scotland in the old days so they would have been a bit on the small side too : )

Love Angela X
