The New Moon Is Here

“Day Moon Over Ocean,” chalk pastel by Maria Theresa Maggi

Dear Friends, I know I have been away for a while but I wanted to let you know I am hanging in and I hope you are too. I have managed to write a post for the new moon over on Substack at Maria’s Star Garden. You can find it here if you are so inclined. Take gentle care of yourselves. As Mr. Rogers used to say when times were hard and scary, “Look for the helpers”—–Ā  the ones standing up for justice for all. Give them a hand however you can.

Maria (moonwatcher)

I’ve been away, too – seems we all need a bit of time to ourselves. I hope your time is and has been restorative. I’m finding I spend too much time scrolling on my phone, but not interacting at all, just scrolling forever… Something I’ve been working on stopping. Making myself get out of my head. Some days are more successful than others! Anyway, I’ve enjoyed your emails at Star Garden – it’s a nice perspective to read. Here’s to hoping tomorrow starts a new chapter, one where it’s easier to be optimistic… xoxo
