Mango Salsa

Servings: 4
– 2 C diced mango
– 3 T lime juice
– 2 T chopped cilantro
– 1 T finely chopped jalapeno
– 1/4tsp salt
– Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
–NOTE: fresh peaches can be substituted for the mango

Add some red peppers and a little red onion, and maybe even a little green apple. Yum!
