Chuck’s Fat-Free Granola

2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup millet
3/4 cup juice (apple or orange)
2 tbl cinnamon
1 tbl vanilla

mix together so that is it simply moist and sticky. Add or subtract liquid as needed.

spread out mix onto a non-stick cookie sheet as thin as possible

bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, mix, and bake for another 30

Watch those edges toward the end, as they’ll brown or burn. But, the result is a nice crunchy texture.
