Boil a kettle of water and pour into 2 swallow (rimmed) baking sheets. Float dried lasagne sheets in the water (DO NOT overlap or they stick together and are awful). Leave to soak for an hour. Cover your grill rack in foil. Remove soaked pasta from the water and cut into squares or triangles and sprinkle with salt, BBQ spice, curry powder or whatever else you fancy. Place on foil and spray with oil mister lightly. Grill until golden – don’t walk away they go from raw to completely burnt very quickly ! Turn over, spray again and grill 2nd side.
Cool and eat. oh yum, I love these things hope you do too.
