I had fresh kale chopped with some mushrooms at a health food deli – asked for the recipe and it was nummy.
Chopped kale, fresh
Mushrooms cooked with chopped garlic in a bit of water and 2 tsp toasted sesame oil – can make it one – the oil is so worth the flavor – probably can get by with one tsp.
Add to kale – toss with small amount vinegar if desired – but mushroom water adds flavor
Salt and pepper to taste – let sit about 10 minutes then toss again… nummy. And so healthy. Kale has more vitamins and minerals than any green.

Added a can of cannelini beans to this (rinsed). Made it a bit more filling.
