Servings: 4-6

2 15oz cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 16oz jar roasted garlic salsa
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 10oz package sweet frozen corn
1/2 C chopped cilantro
salt (optional)

Combine beans, salsa, and scallion in a saucepan. Cover, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for approx 10 minutes

Stir in corn, cilantro, and salt to taste, and cook, stirring occasionally until heated through.
