2 cups cooked bulghur
1 cup cooked soy beans
1 can kidney beans
2 onions
1 carrot
5 mushrooms (fresh)
Asian curry paste
salt
opt.: 1 tsp of sesame seeds

Saute onions, carrots and mushrooms until almost done; add the beans and bulghur and cook until everything is hot. Season with curry paste (I dissolve it in a bit of boiling water) and salt. Add some sesame seeds if you like.

This dish can be made mild or very hot. Use every Asian curry paste you like.
