Servings: 2

1 can of tomatoes
2 handful of frozen green peas
1 can of giant white beans
1 medium onion finely chopped
5 fresh mushrooms sliced
8-herb-mix and salsa to taste
2 cups cooked brown rice

Heat the tomatoes together with the veggies and beans. When the veggies are done, add the rice and the spices.

When you use deep frozen veggies and have leftover rice, this only takes a few minutes to prepare.
