2 cups cooked wild rice
0.5 cup frozen green peas
1 can kidney beans
1 can sweet corn
1 small red onion
frozen salad herbs
red aceto balsamico
salt
pepper
Toss rice, peas, beans and corn in a salad bowl. Add finely chopped onion. Mix salad herbs, balsamico, salt and pepper and use as a dressing, adjust the amount to taste.
Serves 4 as a side dish or 2 as main dish.

Odd. I have no idea. I think I would just add fresh herbs to taste; parsley and basil sound good.
