2 leeks, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 large potatoes peeled and diced
one pound button mushrooms, quartered
4 cups veggie broth
pinch rosemary
salt and pepper
Put it all in the pressure cooker and cook at high pressure for ten minutes. Yummy!

I made this on the stove, then blended to make it “creamy,” like someone suggested. It turned out goopy instead, and I ended up throwing out most of it. 🙁
